I work with enterprise identity and migration platforms, supporting environments across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and device management systems. I’m particularly interested in cybersecurity, automation, and software development.
I’m Ethan, a software professional working as a Support and Testing Engineer while actively building my skills as a developer. My work involves troubleshooting complex systems, testing enterprise software platforms, and helping organizations deploy and migrate critical infrastructure. Alongside my professional role, I spend a large amount of time building projects and experimenting with technologies like C#, .NET, web development, automation, and AI tools. Through my personal brand Gini Digital, I focus on building modern software passion projects, experimenting with automation and AI systems, and continually improving as an engineer.

Working on enterprise migration software, troubleshooting complex deployment issues, testing new product features, assisting customers with implementations, and supporting infrastructure and identity migration projects.
Studied software development, systems architecture, and programming. Built multiple projects including mobile applications, web systems, and backend software solutions.
Over three months I created a virtual lab environment to test and troubleshoot PowerSyncPro, an enterprise identity synchronization and device migration platform. This involved setting up complex infrastructure with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID. The lab consists of 2 Active directory windows servers, 2 client machines, and 2 Microsoft Entra ID tenant, all configured to simulate real-world enterprise environments for testing and development purposes.
