I'm Ethan, a technical engineer and developer with experience across support, testing, Microsoft 365, identity systems, automation workflows, and web development.

I currently work as a Support and Testing Engineer, troubleshooting enterprise migration software and testing new product features before release. Hands-on experience spans Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory identity systems, alongside C#/.NET and web development. Alongside my day job, I'm building skills in AI-driven automation and cybersecurity, with a practical, outcome-focused approach to my projects.
